- Trip data: Destinations, dates, preferences, and itineraries you create.
- Usage data: How you interact with TripRaahi, pages visited, and features used.
- Device information: Browser type, device type, and IP address for analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate personalized AI-powered trip itineraries.
- Save and manage your trips across devices.
- Improve our AI models and product experience.
- Send important service updates (no spam, ever).
- Provide relevant booking recommendations via our affiliate partners.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- AI providers: Your trip queries are sent to AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate itineraries. No personal identifiers are included.
- Booking partners: When you click a booking link, the partner (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com) receives your click for affiliate tracking.
- Analytics: We use PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error tracking.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (powered by PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. We retain your data as long as your account is active.
5. Your Rights
- Access and download your trip data at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand product usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
