By accessing or using TripRaahi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TripRaahi is a free AI-powered travel planning platform that generates trip itineraries based on your input. The Service provides:
- AI-generated travel itineraries for domestic and international trips.
- Estimated costs, transport options, and booking recommendations.
- Links to third-party booking partners for hotels, flights, trains, and activities.
3. User Accounts
You may use TripRaahi without an account to generate one itinerary. To save trips and access full features, you must create an account using Google, Apple, or phone OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. AI-Generated Content
Itineraries and recommendations are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. TripRaahi does not guarantee the accuracy of:
- Prices, availability, or schedules of hotels, flights, trains, or activities.
- Visa requirements, travel advisories, or safety information.
- Restaurant recommendations, dietary suitability, or ratings.
Always verify critical details (bookings, visa, safety) with official sources before traveling.
5. Third-Party Bookings
TripRaahi provides links to third-party booking platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Viator, IRCTC, etc.). These bookings are between you and the third party. TripRaahi is not responsible for bookings, cancellations, refunds, or disputes with third-party providers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI systems.
- Generate excessive API calls or attempt to overload the Service.
- Share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The TripRaahi brand, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by TripRaahi. AI-generated itineraries you create are yours to use, share, and modify freely.
8. Limitation of Liability
TripRaahi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, financial losses, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TripRaahi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
